Penelope Douglas, Founding Partner
Penelope Douglas is a founding partner of CultureBank. She has spent the past twenty-five years as a social entrepreneur, pioneer in community development investment, cofounder and CEO of Pacific Community Ventures, and senior executive and board chair of MissionHub and SOCAP.
Maura Sheffler is the Deputy Director, Programs & Marketing at TACA (The Arts Community Alliance) in Dallas. She oversees all granting and the strategic growth of service programs for the North Texas cultural community.
Clyde Valentín is the inagural director of the SMU Meadows School’s arts and urbanism initiative, Ignite Arts Dallas. An innovator in socially engaged art, he has created programs that integrate the arts with their communities for more than a decade.
Greg Oertel is Programs & Marketing Manager at TACA (The Arts Community Alliance). There, he manages the implementation of TACA’s grantmaking and service programs as well as digital communications.
Ayliffe the director of programs at Zoo Labs, and is an artist, maker, digital content creator, and fashion designer. She runs the program by coaching artists, recruiting mentors, organizing the curriculum and measuring impact.
Ann Dickson is the director of philanthropy and partnerships at Zoo Labs. Ann is a seasoned arts fundraising, marketing and communications professional.
